晶振产品工程师补充道相对硅基材料的MEMS振荡器,传统石英晶体振荡器的优势还是在于频率稳定的特性.最早选用石英的压电效应来制作石英晶体振荡器,日本进口晶振就是基于石英材料的稳定性,在全温范围内的频率稳定度,而硅材料随着温度的变化其电子迁移率有很大变化,很难控制经过数字温度补偿后,又带来了相位噪声和相位抖动较大功耗增加等问题.所以目前硅基MEMS振荡器还只应用于对频率特性要求不高的应用领域,而对频率特性较高的通信等市场的TCXO、VCXO产品全部还是应用石英晶体振荡器.
